Easter has always been a holiday that I celebrated growing up and have so many fun memories dying eggs with my siblings, getting dressed up for church with my sister and friends, and, of course, the massive Easter eggs hunts we would participate in with friends and family. Now that we live so far away from home, Easter is the first holiday of the year that we don’t try to go back home for. Almost every Easter we have lived in Washington for, we have spent with new friends making new memories!
Regardless of whether I have been in Arkansas for Easter, or Washington, the weather seems to always catch me by surprise. While it seems like the perfect holiday to break out the first spring dress of the season, in my experience, it has almost always been cold and/or rainy! Through this post, I am trying to remind myself of this fact so that I don’t spend another Easter under-dressed, haha! I put together some looks that say “spring” but won’t leave you shivering during the Egg Hunt! I took a poll on our IG stories this week and asked you how you dress for Easter and we got some really good insight! So many of y’all are running around with friends in family that you wanted to see practical outfit options. Shopping for these looks got me so excited for Easter and for spring! The best part is, that you can through a jean jacket over most of these looks if its chilly, or leave it off if its warm, and will be so easy to transition into late spring/summer!:)
